Preheat oven to 350


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2/3 stick of butter
  • a few dashes of cinnamon (approx. 1/2 tsp)
  • 2 tsp truvia

Melt the butter and stir all ingredients together. Press into the bottom of your pan and bake for around 10 minutes. You should be able to start seeing the edges browning.


  • 2 blocks of softened cream cheese
  • 3 tbs Truvia
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs

Beat the cream cheese, Truvia, and vanilla together until mixed well. Mix eggs in until smooth.

Once crust is done, lightly grease the sides of your pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Chill for as long as possible before eating.
